It is the responsibility of every employer to provide employees with safe and healthy working conditions. The elaboration and specification of this regulation is issued on the basis of art. 2375 of the Labor Code – Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of 27 July 2004 on training in the field of occupational health and safety (Journal of Laws No. 180, item 1860, as amended). In order to fulfill the obligations contained in the abovementioned Regulation, the employer conducts initial health and safety training before allowing the employee to work.

WHAT IS INITIAL VR OHS TRAINING

VR training supports standard teaching methods.
Initial VR OHS training constitutes an innovative approach that enables the participant to be transferred to extraordinary, dangerous, and unusual situations.
We learn how to behave in a dangerous situation while being safe.
The training has its own lecturer who guides us through virtual reality and helps to learn the knowledge resulting from the initial training program.
Thanks to the VR solution, the participant gains knowledge in a practical manner, making the training more effective and interesting.
